Victoria Park Bistro invites you to join one of Brisbane’s busiest venues performing the integral role of Restaurant Host Supervisor.

Reporting to the Bistro Restaurant Manager, and collaborating closely with our Reservations Officer, you will possess:

• A passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
• At least 12 months experience as a restaurant host in a fast-paced environment
• At least 12 months experience as a restaurant supervisor in a high volume service environment
• Experience in restaurant online reservations management systems, with experience in Seven Rooms a clear advantage
• The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for a variety of shifts within Bistro operating hours across 7 days, especially week-ends.

Restaurant Manager

As a passionate hospitality professional with substantial senior management experience in a high volume food and beverage service environment, you will confidently lead and inspire our front of house team to exceed guest expectations.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll know you’re right for the role if you have all of the below and more:

• Substantial (3+ years) senior leadership experience in a comparable high volume restaurant business
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent leadership capability inclusive of the natural ability to effectively communicate, motivate and organise
• Hands on management and training style
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
• Proven capability to control costs and drive revenue
• Accredited knowledge of RMLV, RSA and industry regulations
• A ‘can do’ attitude and able to problem solve on your feet in a positive manner
• High attention to detail

Bistro Supervisor

Victoria Park Bistro invites you to join one of Brisbane’s busiest venues performing a hands on leadership role, always focussed on exceeding our guests expectations.

Reporting to the Bistro Manager, you will:

• Lead by example and enthusiastically demonstrate your passion for food and beverage service and guest engagement.
• Have diverse experience in food and beverage service and sound team leadership experience.
• Display a calm, productive, proactive approach in our fast paced environment.
• Have initiative and drive to succeed.
• Accept responsibility and accountability for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of allocated shifts and overall presentation of the outlet.
• Competently operate POS system and handle and reconcile cash.
• Be reliably available for a variety of shifts within Bistro operating hours, across 7 days, especially weekends.

Ideally you will have at least 12 months leadership experience in a food and beverage service environment similar to our high volume Bistro.
