Victoria Park Bistro offers a menu that’s as impressive as its spectacular views of Brisbane city and the Victoria Parklands.

We are keen to grow the team with a CDP who values stability and team spirited action and who thrives in a busy service environment. We will also consider an experienced Commis ready to progress their career.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a team player and have good communication skills and attitude
• Have 2+ years relevant experience in Pubs, Bistros or Restaurants
• Be confident managing a section – experience in grill and proficiency with wood fire pizza oven is also highly regarded
• Have good organisation and attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to food safety and hygiene
• Must have availability to work weekends
